Experience with capital market instruments:

Stocks, bonds, options, structured products, private equity
- Analysis of past transactions regarding risk and return
- Monthly financial condition assessments
- Analysis of investment projects and preparation for the investment committee
- Portfolio control for diversification, risk level, and return
- Analysis of complex products and initiatives for their availability and launch
- Evaluation of proposals from banks for managed mandates, structured products, currency products, etc.
- Automation of accounting and online reporting
- Treasury functions (control and optimization)
- Daily cash flow management
- Commission expenses, Green Lock-type operations

Требования:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or higher
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of the Equity market
- Knowledge of methods of financial analysis, financial planning, investment evaluation, valuation
- Knowledge of international financial reporting standards
- Knowledge of the legal aspects of doing business
- Ability to form pricing policy, credit policy, investment policy, internal control system, budget policy, working capital management policy
- Experience in setting up and developing a management accounting system
- The ability to form business contacts and interact with the internal and external environment of the company
